遅めに寝て早く起き、お通じを良くしましょう！
六月は夏が本格的に始まるときで、二十四節気では「芒種」（ぼうしゅ）と「夏至」の二つの節気を含みます。
気候の特徴：
「芒種」は農作物を植える節目の時期であり、農業の植え付けは全てこの節気を境としており、この節気が過ぎると農作物の成長率はだんだん低くなっていきます。そこで、俗に農民の間では「芒種」を「忙種」とも呼んでいます。
「夏至」に入ってからは大部分の地域では気温が高くなり、昼間は一般的には30度以上、時には最高気温が35度にまで達し、ところによっては38度にまでなります。この季節になると人は「ダラダラ」しやすくなります。原因は夏の気温の上昇と空気中の湿度の増加、体内の汗がスムーズに発散できず、熱で水分が蒸されて、蒸し暑さが空気中に充満するため、胸の苦しさや動悸、精神の不振、全身の無力感などを感じやすくなります。そこで、この時期は体質を強くし、暑気あたりや耳下腺炎、水疱瘡などの季節性の疾患や伝染病に罹らないように注意が必要です。
養生のポイント：六月の養生のポイントはこの季節の気候の特徴に基づき、憂鬱になって悩んだり怒ったりせず、気持ちを軽く持ち楽しい精神状態を保つようにすれば、体内の循環機能が良くなりリラックスした状態になります。生活面では遅めに寝て早く起き、陽の気が充満することに順応すれば気血の流れも良くなります。この時期の天気は昼が長く夜は短くなるので、昼間に少し休めば体力の消耗や疲労から回復しやすくなります。気候が暑く汗が多くなるので、綿素材の服を着ると良いでしょう。皮膚を清潔に保ち暑気あたりや耳下腺炎、水疱瘡などを防止しましょう。
飲食の注意：ホウレン草、苦瓜、スイカ、ライチ、緑豆、小豆などの野菜、豆類、果物を食べましょう。羊肉、牛肉、豚肉、トウガラシ、ネギ、ショウガなどの辛いものや油っこいものは控えましょう。
オススメの食事療法：冬瓜とはと麦の粥
材料：冬瓜（皮付き）100g はと麦 30g もち米 30g
作り方：冬瓜は洗って切り、はと麦、もち米と合わせて柔らかくなるまで煮る。
毎日一回食べると良いでしょう。
効能：冬瓜は熱を冷まして潤いを与えます。水分含有量が高く体に熱がこもりません。はと麦は湿気を払います。もち米は胃を養います。熱を抑えて潤いを保ち、胃を補う効果があります。
六月睡早起宣畅通泻
六月是夏季真正的开始，从二十四节气来说，包含有“芒种”和“夏至”两个节气。
天气特点：
“芒种”也是种植农作物时机的分界点。农事种作都以这个节气为界，过了这一节气，农作物的成活率越来越低。所以，农民俗称“芒种”为“忙种”。进入“夏至”以后，我国大部分地区气温较高，白天气温一般都在30℃以上，最高气温有时达35℃，部分地区气温甚至到38℃。在这个季节里，人们偏于“懒散”。原因是夏季气温升高，空气中湿度增加，体内汗液无法通畅地发散出来，即热蒸湿动，湿热弥漫空气中，人们就会感到胸闷、心悸，精神不振，全身乏力。所以，在此时要注意增强体质，避免季节性疾病和传染病的发生，如中暑、腮腺炎、水痘。
养生关键
六月的养生重点是要根据季节的气候特征，在精神上注意保持轻松愉快的状态，不要恼怒忧郁，这样机体就能得以宣畅通泻，轻松自如。起居方面，要晚睡早起，以顺应阳气的充盛，利于气血运行。此时天气是昼长夜短，中午午休一会儿，对恢复体力消除疲劳有一定好处。由于天气炎热，汗出较多，衣着应以棉制品为好，利于汗液排泄。要常洗澡，保持皮肤清洁卫生，还要防止中暑、腮腺炎，水痘等。
饮食宜忌
6月调养应以饮食清补为原则。
宜：蔬菜、豆类、水果等。如菠萝、苦瓜、西瓜、荔枝、芒果、绿豆、赤豆等。
忌： 辛辣油腻之品。如羊肉、牛肉、猪肉、辣椒、葱、姜等 。
推荐食疗
冬瓜薏米粥
用料：冬瓜（带皮）100克，薏米30克，糯米30克。
制法：冬瓜洗净切块，与薏米同煮至熟烂，每日一次。
功用说明：冬瓜清热利湿，含水量高，不增加人体热量；薏米祛湿，糯米养胃，可收清热利湿养胃之效
