腎臓を補い陰陽のバランスをとりましょう！

気候の特徴：四月は春の暦の最後の段階であり、二十四節気では清明と谷雨の二つの節気を含みます。 清明は節気の上では天が清らかで地が明るいことを表します。古来より清明の日は中国の人々にとっては先祖を祀りお墓の掃除をする日です。清明は「踏青節」とも呼ばれている漢民族に伝わる民間の伝統的な祭日なのです。
谷雨は春の暦の一番最後の節気です。古代より「雨は百谷を生じる」といわれ、この節気の農業においての重要性を説いています。
四月の天気はだんだん暖かくなり、人々も野外で活動する事が増え、北方の桃や梨、杏などの花が枝いっぱい満開になり、柳や楊の綿毛が四方で舞い飛び、この時期は花粉症の人には過ごしにくい時期なので予防が必要です。そして、この季節は急性ウィルス性肝炎、流行性脳脊髄膜炎、はしか、おたふく風邪などの伝染病の発生率も高い時期です。そのため、気候の変化に合わせて服装を調整し、伝染病を予防することが、この時期には大切です。

養生の原則：腎臓を補い陰陽、虚実のバランスを整える《黄帝内経》
中国医学の養生学によると、清明の日の前後は郊外に遊びに行ったりハイキングするのに良い時期です。白居易の『春遊』という詩の中で「春になったと言うのに遊び楽しまないのは恐らく愚かな人である」と詠まれています。病気の予防についてはこの時期の天気は陰の気で少し寒いので腎臓を補い陰と陽、虚と実（注釈：中国医学では虚証と実証の二つの体質の概念があり病気の原因や症状が異なる）のバランスを整えることが大切です。陽気な心持ちを保つ為に、ゆったりと静かな動きのあるハイキング、体操、太極拳などの運動が宜しいでしょう。飲食については適した時間に適量をとり暴飲暴食を防ぎましょう。

飲食の注意：ホウレン草、ナズナ、ネギ、果物、ヤマイモ、クコ、兎肉などをたくさん食べましょう。トウガラシや脂の多い肉、海の魚や海のエビなどの辛いものや油っこいもの、冷たいものは食べ過ぎないようにしましょう。

オススメの養生レシピ：サンザシとクコと兎肉の煮込み

材料：サンザシ、ヤマイモ 各30g クコの実15g 兎肉 500g ナツメ4個
作り方：ナツメは種を取り除き、兎肉は適した大きさに切り湯で血抜きをする。各材料を土鍋に入れ水を加えて沸騰したら弱火にして2〜3時間煮込み味付けする。
効能：クコは肝臓、腎臓に滋養を与え目を良くします。ヤマイモは脾や腎臓を健やかにします。サンザシは血の巡りを良くし、ナツメは脾を健やかにし血を補います。兎肉は胃腸の消化を補います。
この食事療法はたんぱく質が豊富で低脂肪、低コレステロールであり、肝臓や腎臓に滋養を与え、気を補い血を養い、血の巡りを良くする作用があります。

 

四月:补肾调阴阳

气候特点 : 四月是春季最后的阶段，二十四节气来说，包含有清明和谷雨两个节气。
清明在节气上代表天清明的意。自以来，这 一天便是中国人祖扫墓的日子。清明又“踏青节 ”，是中国汉族民间统节日。谷雨是春季最后的一个节 气。代 ：“雨生百谷”，说明此节气在农业面的重要性。
四月天气转暖，人们的增加，北的桃花、梨花、花等开满枝 ，杨絮、絮四处飞扬，这时候花粉过敏的人们日子就比较难过了，应该加以预防。此季节还是染病发季节，如急性病毒性肝炎、流脑、疹、腮腺炎等。所以应依据天气变化及时 增减衣服，预防染病是这一期的关键 。

养生原则 : 以补肾、调节阴阳虚实为 主。
中医养生来说，清明后是游、踏青的好日子。白居易《春游》诗中说 ：“ 春不游乐，但恐是痴人。” 防病来讲 ，在这段日子，天气阴凉，应以补肾、调节阴阳虚实为主。为保持心情舒畅 ，选择作和、 中有静的为宜，如踏青、做操、太极拳等。饮食调摄 面，须时量，防暴饮暴食。
饮食宜忌 : 多食菠菜、菜、水果、山药、枸杞、肉，少吃辛辣、油腻、大寒之物，如辣椒、肉、鱼、虾等。
推荐食疗 : 山楂枸杞肉
用料：山楂、山药 各30 克，枸杞子 15克，兎肉500克，红枣 4个。
制法：红枣核， 肉切块 ，用开水脱血水。诸料共入锅 ，加清水煮沸后改小火 2 3小时，调味。
功用：枸杞子滋补肝肾明目，山药健脾肾，山楂血化瘀，红枣健脾血， 肉补中气。
此款食疗蛋白质含量丰富低脂肪、低胆 ，有滋补肝肾、补气养血、血化瘀作用。
