仕事と休息のバランスを上手に保って陽気を守りましょう！
七月は「小暑」と「大暑」、２つの節気があります。
中国医学では、夏は人体の陽気が最も盛んになる時期で、みなさんが七月に仕事をするときは、労働と休息のバランスによく注意し、陽気を大切にしましょう。
心臓・脳・血管に病気のある人については充分な睡眠を保ち、室内の換気をしっかりとして、とりわけ蒸し暑い天気の中では、エアコンなどを使わずに体温を下げるように注意しましょう。また飲食物の衛生に注意し、胃腸の伝染病を予防しましょう。暑い日は熱中症の予防が非常に重要です。肉体労働者や室外で仕事をする方は、このとき水分を多めに摂り、少量の*仁丹を服用したり、または緑豆のスープ（暑気払いのスープ）を飲んで暑気あたりを防ぎしょう。
（*仁丹・・・口中清涼剤として暑気あたりの効果があるとされる。）
飲食の注意：飲食物はあっさりしたものを中心に、野菜は葉物、キュウリ、苦瓜、果物であればスイカがよいでしょう。辛い物、油っこいものは避けましょう。
おすすめレシピ ： ハト麦と緑豆のお粥
材 料：緑豆 30g ユリ根 30g ハト麦 30g うるち米 5g 氷砂糖 適量
作り方：上記の材料を洗って鍋に入れ、軟らかくなるまで煮る。氷砂糖を加え、温かくして食べる。
効 能：緑豆は解熱、解毒、ユリ根は肺・津液を潤し、ハト麦は熱を冷まし湿を体外に出す。うるち米は胃をやわらげ、共に食すことで熱を冷まし湿を体外に出し、脾を健やかにして、胃をやわらげる。
劳逸结合 保护阳气
七月包含有“小暑”和“大暑”两个节气。
七月养生：中医认为夏季也是人体阳气最旺盛的时候，所以人们在七月工作劳动之时，要注意劳逸结合，保护阳气。对有心脑血管疾病的人来说，要保证充足的睡眠，并加强室内通风，尤其在闷热的天气中要注意使用物理降温。还要注意饮食卫生，防止肠道传染病。
暑天防中暑是非常重要的。体力劳动者、室外工作的人员此时应多饮水，必要时可服少量仁丹，或喝绿豆汤等以防中暑。
饮食宜忌：饮食应以清淡为主，蔬菜应多食绿叶菜及苦瓜、黄瓜等，水果则以西瓜为好。忌辛辣油腻之品。
推荐食疗：薏仁绿豆粥
用料：绿豆30克，百合30克，薏仁30克，粳米50克，冰糖适量。
制法：将以上各原料洗净同锅煮熟烂，加冰糖放温服用。
功效：绿豆清热解毒，百合润肺生津，薏仁清热利湿，粳米和胃，共食可清热利湿、健脾和胄。
