～中国語の世界がいざなう心身の癒し～
大家好！講師の小瀬冬美です。
立秋をすぎてもなお厳しい暑さですね。
けれどもふと夜更けに秋の虫が鳴いていたりします。
季節はやはり少しずつ進んでいるのですね・・・
学楽では中国語を学ぶだけにとどまらず、中国文化を通して中国語をさらに理解するといった授業方法で学習しています。
これから少しずつですが、中国語を通じて心や体の癒し、人生哲学のお話ができればと思っています。
みなさんの日々のくらしのエッセンスになればと思います。よろしくお願いします。
寻找幸福的方法
一种是用大量的物质，来填满物欲的需求；
另一种是改变心里意识，消除物欲。
因有限的物质，永远填满不了欲望的空间！
幸福就是内心的“安宁与喜悦”无欲的满足！
幸せを探す方法
一つは沢山のもので、物質への欲を埋めつくすこと。
もう一つは心の持ち方を変えていく、そして物欲を棄てること。
限られたものでは、欲望の空間は永遠に埋めつくせないのだから。
即ち、幸せは安寧と喜びであり、無欲的な満足の心なのだ！
