中国語教室 学楽では中国語を会話学習だけでなく、論語や陰陽学を用いて、歴史ある中国文化の中から様々な事を学んでいます。今回は夏にちなんだ陰陽五行説に基づく選日の1つ、三伏をご紹介します。
三伏（さんぷく） sānfú
三伏（さんぷく）とは、夏の暑さが厳しい時期を指す言葉です。陰陽五行説に基づく選日の1つで、五行に基づく日の事で夏の間の3回の庚（かのえ～金の兄）の日を三伏とし、
- 头伏（初伏）：2014年7月18日－2014年7月27日
- 中伏 ：2014年7月28日－2014年8月06日
- 末伏 ：2014年8月07日－2014年8月16日
の時期を指します。
五行の考え方では庚の日を凶とすることから、三伏は特に暑さが厳しく体にも注意が必要です。夏は冷たいもの、冷たい飲み物を多く取りがちですが、やはり適度な量を保ちましょう。
冷たいものの摂りすぎは胃腸に良くありませんし、さらに食欲不振の原因となります。夏季は酸味のある食べ物、パイナップルやスイカもよいでしょう。
